WHAT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?

HOW CAN I MAKE A PAYMENT
You can
pay by phone to Classy Cooks on 01243 377518 during normal
shop hours-9 to 5, Monday to Saturday.
CAN I RETURN THE GOODS IF I DONT WANT THEM?
We hope you will be delighted with your purchases from
Classy Cooks. If you are not fully satisfied with your
purchase, for whatever reason, simply return it within 14
days in its original condition, and we will either replace
it, or refund you. Our refund guarantee is in addition to
your statutory rights, and does not affect them in any way.
Unfortunately we cannot refund the return postage costs,
unless the goods were damaged or faulty when you received
them.
If you wish to return unwanted goods please phone or email
first. We recommend that you obtain a 'Proof of Posting'
certificate from the Post Office when returning items. This
will ensure that you receive your exchange or refund even if
the items are mislaid in the post.
WHAT IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY ON ARRIVAL?
We take every care to ensure that all items are securely
packed to arrive safely. However, please email
info@classycooks.com if the item is damaged or faulty,
within 5 working days. We will arrange for the item to be
replaced, or, if you prefer, your money refunded. We will
refund the postage costs if the item needs to be returned.
PRICES
The prices shown include VAT at the current rate of 15%.
We reserve the right to amend prices if the rate of VAT
changes.
