WHAT ABOUT DELIVERY CHARGES?
Postage and packing is FREE on orders over £75, to addresses in the UK (excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man), with our standard 2 day delivery service.

For orders of less than £75, there is a charge of £4.95, as contribution to the cost of postage and packing.

For delivery to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scottish Highlands and Islands there is a supplement of £6.00, to meet the higher cost of postage.

If you require Next Day Delivery there is an additional charge of £2.95; orders must be received by 1pm to be parcelled and despatched that same day.

Your parcel will be delivered by Parcel Force.

We currently only take payments in sterling, for delivery within Great Britain. We do not at present despatch to customers outside Great Britain.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
We aim to despatch all items within 1 working day of you placing your order. You should receive your order within 7 working days, where the item is in stock.

There may be occasions where some items are out of stock, for example where the item has been particularly popular, or comes from a smaller company with a limited supply. If the item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know the expected delivery date. You will have the option of cancelling your order if you do not wish to wait for the new delivery date.
